"Cheral from the start has supported us with looking after our dog Roxie. We adopted her from a rescue home and she is our first dog. Cheral has given us advice along the way and helped with looking after Roxie at very last minute requests. Roxie was unsure of Cheral at first but it only took a couple of visits to reassure her. Cheral visits Roxie 4 times a week to give her a midday walk - she always ensures Roxie has an enjoyable time and varies the places she takes her. I have no doubt that Roxie looks forward to her visits while we are at work. I was particularly impressed that our cats' individual medical issues/needs (medication twice a day) were no obstacle to arranging care and that both cats were visibly healthy, happy and thriving on our return from holiday. Comments about the service received from Walkies Birmingham - "Excellent - I could not have wished for better service, particularly under the circumstances. Due to unexpected circumstances our 7 day holiday turned into 17 days (flights cancelled due to Icelandic volcanic ash). Cheral stepped in with very little notice and was able to continue caring for the cats until we made it home. With so many other things to worry about at the time, knowing they were being looked after was a huge weight off my mind. I don't know what we would have done without her. I cannot recommend her cat feeding/care service highly enough and will definitely be using it again in the future."
